## 01 / PREMIUM BUFFET CATERING

- **$30 PER GUEST**: A polished buffet experience for business lunches, family gatherings, and special celebrations. Package includes Two selected entrées Two side dishes Dinner rolls or bread Food preparation and buffet presentation Buffet setup and standard serving supplies On-site serving 25-guest minimum: $750 before delivery, tax, and optional upgrades.

## 02 / PREMIUM PLATED DINING

- **$78 PER GUEST**: An elevated dining experience featuring individually plated entrées and attentive service. Package includes Menu consultation and planning Freshly prepared plated entrée Individual plating and serving Professional on-site service Standard setup and service supplies Starting price: Final quote depends on menu, courses, guest count, and staffing.

## Additional Charges & Booking Details

- **Delivery**: Starting at $65 for standard buffet delivery; plated dining delivery starts at $85. Final fee depends on location and logistics.
- **Menu upgrades**: Premium proteins, seafood, specialty ingredients, extra courses, and custom menu requests are quoted separately.
- **Staffing & time**: Additional service time, extra staff, extended setup, or cleanup may incur additional charges. Rates are confirmed in the event proposal.
- **Rentals & supplies**: China, glassware, flatware, linens, chafing equipment, and specialty rentals are priced separately when required.
